Description

Meta Payment Systems is looking for Temporary Customer Service positions for the holiday season. Positions will be from approximately November 9th through January. These are Customer Service phone representative positions assisting customers and clients with products we are offering. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking extra income for the holidays!

* Positions will be located at 57th and Western MetaBank location.

*Ability to attend daytime training sessions November 5th-6th   

Shifts offered will be:

FT Days:  Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and e/o Sat or Sun 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (May choose a day off during the week when working a weekend subject to management approval.)

FT Evenings:  Monday through Friday 12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and e/o Sat or Sun 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (May choose a day off during the week when working a weekend.)

PT Evenings:  Start time 4:30 p.m. or after Monday through Friday until 9:00 p.m. and e/o Sat or Sun 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Candidates for these positions should have the following:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills - including phone communication and call escalation experience helpful.
  • Good computer skills
  • Professionalism
  • Commitment to attendance and reliability
  • Understanding of financial products, services and credit underwriting helpful but not required

Education and/or Experience: HS Diploma or GED required

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to handle self in a professional manner under stressful circumstances with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.

Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.

Reasoning Ability:  Must have the ability to solve practical problems and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should be prepared to perform significant portions of their work in a computer based work environment.  They should have experience with:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
