Business Resource Manager (2) Department: MPS Administration 017 Description
Summary: This position will be used to build and maintain relationships with clients, processors, associations and other vendors for client implementation. Business Resource Managers also provide ongoing support of Meta Payment Systems prepaid products to new & existing agent partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Gain an understanding of Meta Payment Systems portals and systems used to implement and support agent clients within a specific region of the United States; complete client implementation within documented timeframes; provide webinar training to newly enrolled clients; handle outgoing and incoming calls to support and build relationships with new and existing clients; continually strive to innovate and improve product offerings; use calls/e-mails to generate client interest in new products via conversational selling; research and problem solve client issues; continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while embracing change; other product and client support as needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience: Required education is an Associate's Degree (A.A.) or 2 years customer/client service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
